Here is first successful picture of my new 120G tank. Lights are 2X250W ARC MH bulbs run by IceCap ballasts housed in improvised reflectors for time being.
There is 50G fuge that is not hooked up yet but it should be in a day or two.
Sump is another 50G holding ~35G of water and housing home made ghetto skimmer :D .
Still have to do some more electrical work like automated water top-off and heating/cooling controller (cooling provided by fan).
More pictures to follow.

Looking good Aqua. It's nice to have the space to decorate EH.

Rob there is lots of space to decorate. This baby will take lots of frags and then some more. I am hoping that I will be able to get few nice frags on next MASO.

My new tank is lit by 2X250W 14k MH lights and all livestock is transferred from 50G tank lit by ~180W NO fluorescent lights. I cut light period from 12 hours to 8 hours but my corals look stressed by new lighting. Some of them close few hours after lights come on and open again minutes after lights go off. This is more obvious as bulbs are getting burned-in and lights are getting closer to full output.
I am raising light fixture from 6” to 12-13” from water surface and will lower it each other day for ¼” until reaching 6” again where I want lights to be. Other way would be to cut light period to maybe 4 hours and increasing it each day 15 minutes until reach 10-11 hours.
I would appreciate your opinion on which way I should go.

you could cut it right back to 4 hours and add a half hour each week, or you could use some eggcrate between the lights and the top. I'd prefer the light cutback as its easier.
