How do you wire power for these units? The web site says they operate at 10-15.8 volts.

Wire them up to a 12v AC adaptor I guess...

make shure that your adapter can handle up to 125 % of your total load if your lamps are 25 watts each a toatol of 50 watts you will need something in the area of 65 va adapter I would get at least a 75 va xformer that converts 120 to 24 or 12 volts

I am not shure if these bulbs are ac or dc for car use if they are just install a bridge rectifier after the xformer secondary

Even at max voltage 15.8V and peak current 60ma, the load comes to only 1va, why do you think you need a 75va.
Nice website, might look at energy saving options for the house as well.
Thanks for the post & link.

I just got 3 of these in for my 400 Gal tank. Wired them to an old phone cord adapter. They work on both AC and DC current and for $4 each they are a steal!

1 watt of power is that all these lamp runs on dont tell that to hydro qubec they take them of the market all you need is 1 watt to run these in a reef tank where you are talking about 2 foot deep can not see how they will reach that depth

Well that actually looks like 1 lamp so I wonder if it is a 6 led setup or something completely different. It looks like a pretty strong light source. IMO a more realistic noon light effect should be from only one source.

Thanks for the link .. and it actually worked. I do not see an issue with a link being posted when it is for information purposes only.
