Every AquaDriver SkimClean features the following benefits:

- Low voltage/consumption DC motor poses no risk to the well-being of tank inhabitants or the operator.
- Easily installed without additional modification to your existing protein skimmer.
- Enjoy up to 75% increased skimmate production, a result of the skimmate channels being kept clear allowing for formation of a more stable head.
- No more caked on protein batter to scrape into the sink. The AquaDriver SkimClean, when used in conjunction with a drain, reduces maintenance and the need for routine emptying of the collection cup.
- All AquaDriver SkimClean components are hand-assembled in Germany from the highest quality materials using the latest CNC machining stations.

AquaDriver SkimClean’s come in a range of models to accommodate for the most popular skimmer sizes (6”, 7”, 8”, 10”, 12”, and 16”).

AquaDriver WaveMaker

Using the AquaDriver Wavemaker, one can add oscillating current to any existing tank without the need for any additional input of energy. Each WaveMaker works by harnessing the outbound flow of a return or flowpump, much like a turbine, to power a gearbox.

Video demonstration of the WaveMaker installed and operating with a standard Tunze Stream pump. (http://www.korallenriff.de/video_hd/MB85N3D8K.html)

Here is a video to help illustrate how the gears propel the oscillating flow deflector to create transitional water movement. (http://www.korallenriff.de/video_hd/AG62XU45X.html)

AquaDriver WaveMakers optimize flow patterns in existing aquaria by:

- Removing dead spots.
- Increasing the net production of high output pumps through the improved range of flow. Powerhead outputs are no longer frozen in one direction, enabling for more efficient use of output over a larger area.
- Reducing any stress caused by linear shear over any given area due to the constantly oscillating current.
- Using no electricity. Compared to traditional wavemaking products, the AquaDriver WaveMaker will lower your tank’s total carbon footprint and utilities bill. Good for your Tank, good for Nature.
- Being Plug ‘n Play. Set it and forget it. Minimal Maintenance.
- All AquaDriver Wavemaker components are hand-assembled in Germany from the highest quality materials using the latest CNC machining stations.

Several models are available allowing for adaptation of both return outputs and accommodating flow pumps.

Depending on the cost of the skim clean....cool product. But the wavemaker is just too large. If you're going to put it on a powerhead as in the video, you are going to have to look at even more junk in your tank. Nice variable up and down flow but far to large a footprint.

We are happy the video was amusing to you.:b5:
Ofcourse if you are going to put the Wavemaker in a Nano, it will look oversized.
They are mainly for larger tanks, for Closed loops, returns or stream pumps.

yeah, not for the nano but could be very interesting for the closed loop and return on larger tanks and especially for pumps that can't be put on a regular wave maker.
