Two thumbs up for Aqua-Valley. I love competition.

So do I, but I don't see any prices posted. Prices are also always cheaper when a store does not have them in stock, does either store have them in stock>

I love competition.

Wow,
Pretty immature of you Lawnmower goby guy! Using Marinescape's forum to promote a competitor!
I really doubt that a long established buisness like Marinescape is scared of any new competitor. They can rest easy in the knowledge that the majority of their customers prefer quality over bargain basement prices.

Would you shop for a plasma t.v. at Giant tiger?

Gord.

we were not aware AV stocked XM bulbs - we have had them for 2 years and thought a price reduction was worth posting - sorry if anyone was offended by such a post ( we thought this was the purpose of us sponsoring this forum )

thanks

that was a pretty pointless post by Lawnmower_Goby and disrespectful as well. I dont to opt for censorship but honestly think statements like that should be removed by mods.

I don't think it would be censorship at all, just good buisness, considering the sponsors pay for their specific forums.

chujai I agree with you. Sponsors pay for these forums (or I'm assuming that they pay). I think they are great in that I don't have to run to the store all the time to find out what is on sale or what is in stock. IMO Lawnmower's post was bad etiquite (sp?). Choosing where you do business is more than just price. There is also quality, service and convenience. No business model can offer the best of everything and stay in business long-term.

Lawnmower_Goby this is Marinescapes forum... a place to post specials, anouncements and/or events. If your not happy with the reduced pricing... move onto another thread.

Me, I like MS. I've bought the majority of my livestock and hardware there. I've never had anything but excellent service. Keith and Mark have always given me very good advice.

Absolutely, great people w/ knowledge and great prices.
you are correct Zookeeper, they sponsor the site.

There are polite ways of saying what you think, but this was not the thread to do it under.

Lets try to keep things clean guys.

The information posted here ,by sponsors and members, is usually quite appreciated by everyone. So I suggest that we keep the level of discussion at the technical level. There are other places here to post philosophical evaluations of various sponsors. My 2 cents...........
